The origin of the small molecule MGO from Manuka honey is controversial because MGO is highly reactive towards the amino acids Lysine, Arginine, and Cysteine. The reactions generate compounds that have a range of different properties. MGO can lead to protein modification, and it has been associated with diabetes. The MGO cross linking can generate AGEs (advanced glycation end products). The AGEs can be pro-inflammatory and activate macrophage (white blood cells) through RAGE (receptor for advanced glycation end-products). So, MGO is pro-inflammatory in certain circumstances depending on the structures generated during the cross linking of the amino acids in the proteins.

PAPER: 

Here I describe the physics of the generation of the universe based on first principles. The idea that there was nothing at the beginning of time is silly as this breaks the law of thermodynamics. My theory offer insight into the nothingness. Just good old common sense. A way to debunk the Hot Big Bang nucleosynthesis model and replace it with something much more elegant. The model offers insight into functional aspects of the composition of the universe.

Hi, I am raising funds to go to a conference in Spain in March next year.  I will be talking about my new science model and how it relates to cosmological composition and atomic theory. The basis for the model was something so profound that it changed the foundations of reality. BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Johnson has recently developed a new model in physics that is an extension of Einstein's E= mc^2 through the application of light-based geometry enabling rearrangement of Einstein's equation to c^2=E/M (electromagnetism) and placing this onto a mathematical cross, to identify a SUSY inversion model, that enables the identification of dark matter and dark energy (see my SUSY inversion model). This creates a model in physics that includes positrons in the atomic structure, to restore geometric inverted symmetry, and generate a logical approach to non-measured understanding of the universe at the Planck scale (Planck Epoch without time 1E-43 seconds and space 1.6E-35 meter) with the geometry of light (no mass and no charge) as a technology platform for quantum biology.
